Return Period
Due to the custom nature of our gift wrapping services, returns are generally not applicable once the service has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the completed work, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the wrapped items to discuss potential resolution options.
Return Conditions
If a return or refund is approved, the following conditions apply:
- The wrapped items must be returned in their original condition
- Any damage to the wrapping must be documented with photographs

- Original packaging materials should be preserved when possible
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to our error or a defect in our service, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is requested for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label when applicable.

- Same-day cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost
